Within the Digital Department of CY Cergy Paris University, the DemoES@CY team is leading AREL (E-Learning Resources Workshop). This innovative digital solution is designed to unify, streamline and transform the digital experience of higher education institutions. AREL acts as a true backbone of the digital ecosystem.

This conference moderated by Mickaël Fernandes, director of the DemoES@CY project, will highlight different facets of AREL. He will address its ability to connect to several existing academic information systems such as APOGEE, PEGASE, CELCAT, SIHAM, LDAP and many more. He will describe the needs of different actors in higher education. The presentation will also showcase its advanced features, such as the synchronization of the educational offer or even the historization of the courses. The creation of original plugins, their impacts on Moodle and the development of a mobile application will also be presented. A live demonstration will illustrate its main innovations. Finally, future perspectives of the project will be shared to show what lies ahead for AREL.
